Summit Works Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of the Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo Extension project at De La Salle University, Dasmariñas. This significant undertaking involved a range of vital upgrades and replacements to enhance the facility's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Project Overview:

The project encompassed several key components, each carefully executed to improve the building’s functionality and longevity. Below is a detailed look at the various tasks undertaken:

Roofing and Ceiling Replacement

One of the primary objectives of the project was the replacement of the roofing and ceiling. This upgrade was essential to ensure the building remains protected from the elements, providing a safe and comfortable environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Repainting of the 4th Floor

In addition to the structural enhancements, the project included the repainting of the 4th floor. This task not only revitalized the appearance of the space but also contributed to the overall maintenance of the building's interior.

Waterproofing of the Deck

Waterproofing the deck was a critical step to prevent water infiltration, which can cause significant damage over time. This measure ensures the longevity of the building's exterior surfaces, protecting it from potential water-related issues.

Valley Gutter Replacement

The replacement of the valley gutter was another important aspect of the project. Properly functioning gutters are crucial for effective water drainage, preventing water accumulation that could lead to structural damage.
